Return & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all accessories. All return and exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees. Opened personal health products that come into direct contact with the skin are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery; reports after this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement or return.
